Day of Perfection

I have been noticing that a lot of athletes are slacking a little bit on form and that is a vital key in CrossFit.  Not only to help prevent the risk of injury, but also to get the most out of every movement we do.  So, thanks to the suggestion from Melissa (yes you can thank her tomorrow), we are having a “Day of Perfection.”  You should probably practice your form before you come, because we will have our watchful eye out!


60 Perfect Push-ups

50 Perfect Squats

40 Perfect Wall Ball Shots (20/14)

30 Perfect Sit-ups

20 Deadlifts @ Body Weight

10 Burpees

*Every missed “Perfect” repetition results in a 400m run.
