Day One of the 2011 CrossFit Open

 In Workout of the Day

Today is the first day of the first week of the 2011 CrossFit Open.  This is a WORLD-WIDE competition to decide which CrossFitters will advance to the Regionals in a few months.  There is a workout posted each Tuesday for the next 6 weeks.  You have from Tuesday evening when the workout posts, until Sunday, the deadline.  If you haven’t yet looked at this or thought about it, you should.  It’s an amazing chance for anyone (especially this weeks workout!) to give it their best against the world! There are almost 16,000 athletes registered around the world to participate in this event, and only more to come over the next few days.  I hope everyone gives it a try!
