 In Workout of the Day

Wow, it was a hot weekend in Tomball!  What a great experience and make sure to congratulate the team for an amazing effort.  Also, our community was outstanding.  We had an extremely loud group of fans screaming and yelling the entire weekend.  Thank you for all your support for myself, the affiliate team and the gym.  It’s so awesome knowing we have a group of people behind us like we did this past weekend.


400m Run

20 Reps (Pelvic Raises/kicks/skydivers/squats/jumping jacks)

50 Reps mixed of OHSQ and Hip-Squat-Clean @ what ever weight you want
