So, we got our first tire courtesy of Special K and are already putting it to good use!  Expect next week to have one piece of equipment being utilized.

It has been a long week for what seems like everyone, so get ready, the weekend is here and we are kicking it off right with a hard-nosed WOD!

10 Deadlifts (95/65)

6 Squat Cleans

10 Push-Presses

6 Overhead Squats

*You cannot drop the bar during a round, and it cannot rest on the ground.  It if does drop or rest on the ground, you have to do 20 burpees immediately, then proceed to finish your round.  You are allowed as many drop as  you want after 2 drops or 40 burpees.

2 Chance at Max Pull-ups.

*Every 5 Pull-ups equals 2 lateral jumping burpees deducted from your starting total of 50.
