 In Workout of the Day

In honor of the day that Jesus resurrected, we are going to be attempting the “Jesus WOD.”  The numbers 3, 7, 11 and 14 will be included in the WOD in honor of Jesus and as you can guess, is going to make you feel as worn-down as possible by the end.  Here it is ladies and gentlemen.  Attempt if you dare.

10 Deadlifts (95/65)

10 Squat-Cleans

10 Push-Press

50ft Walking Lunges with bar on your back (then walk back the 50ft)

*You cannot drop the bar, or set it on the ground EXCEPT in rounds 3, 7, and 11.

*In rounds 3, 7, and 11 you will do 7 Turkish Get-ups (TGU’s) (1.5pd/1pd)
