5min of Jump Rope

Partner Stretching

3 x 8 RHC

WOD: On The Minute, Every Minute, for 20 Minutes

4 KB Squat-Cleans (each) (24/16kg)

2 Burpees

*If you fail to complete the required repetitions within the minute, you are done with the main WOD.  You must then perform the following:

25 Burpees

50 Pull-ups

25 Air Squats
