It’s A Girl!

Congratulations to Chris and Collanne!  We had the honor of revealing the sex their baby this morning at the 5:30am class in true CrossFit fashion! They came to us a little while ago and asked if we could name a WOD after their baby and reveal the sex by writing the name of the baby on the board.  So, of course we did!  Again congratulations to Chris and Collanne, y’all will make wonderful parents!



200m Run (before each exercise (20 reps a piece))

Jumping Jacks

Seal Jumps


Good Mornings


Strength WOD:  3 Rounds

Max BW Bench Press

Max Strict Pull-ups

WOD: “Krisanne”

*You have :90 to perform the following (you will increase the HPC and PP by 1 rep each every :90)

First :90

1 Hang Power Clean (115/75)

1 Push-Press

10 Double Unders

Second :90


2 PP

10 DU

Third :90


3 PP

10 DU

***You will continue to climb as far as you can until you cannot complete the required amount of reps within :90.

***Once you end, you must perform 5 Front Squats for every round below 16 rounds you did not complete.
