Benchmark Week

Today is the start of what should be a great week!  There will be several opportunities to get your name up on the benchmark WOD boards up on the wall so come in ready to break some personal or gym records.

Don’t forget that the Paleo Challenge starts this SATURDAY!  Remember to schedule a time with your individual coach to have your pictures and measurements taken.  The sign-up sheet in on the side white board on the way into the gym.  YOU MUST HAVE THESE BY SATURDAY MORNING!

***We understand that some of you may have alternate plans for this Saturday morning, so if you are one of those please come talk to us and we will work something out.  Do your best NOT to miss Saturday morning! 

Buy In:

400 meter run

Indoor plyos

WOD:

“Eva”

3 or 5 Rounds

800 Meter Run

30 KB Swings (32/24)

30 Pullups

*** If you complete 3 Rounds under 25 min and choose not to go all 5 Rounds, you must complete at 500 meter row at the end of your 3rd Round
