Mobility WOD:

Couch Stretch/Banded Hip Stretching

WOD:  5 RFT (10min cutoff)

5 Deadlifts (275/185)

10 Burpees

***Immediately following the 10min cutoff, Death By Strict Pull-ups will begin performing:

3 pull-ups the first minute

6 pull-ups the second minutes

and so on.

***Once you fall off, run an 800m run.
