Snatch and Clean & Jerk

The Snatch, one of the most, if not the most, complex movement that CrossFit brings to the table.  It involves a multitude of specific movements and takes time to learn correctly.  But, once you have taken the time to learn the movement and how to get the bar overhead and hold it with strength, you’ll be surprised how fast your weight will go up and how it will dramatically affect your WOD times.  In just 1 class with Chad and his trainer Ursula, I was able to PR in both my Snatch and Clean & Jerk.  And my Snatch was a full squat Snatch, which I have never been able to do before!  They helped me find flaws in my movement, which I can now translate to you and help you improve these movements as well!  Bring on the Snatches!
