200m Run

10 – 1 Scale of:

Squats and Push-ups

Pelvic Raises


10 Push-ups/10 Burpees

WOD: 20min AMRAP

*10 Burpees (only the first round)

400m run (2 x 200m course)

Max Unbroken Push-ups

25 Air Squats

*Aiming to get as many push-ups as possible
